Flat Cross Section Heaters
Flat Pressed cross-section provides large contact area for clamp-on applications. This means more efficient heat transfer, fewer elements since higher element ratings may be employed. Bends are made to customer requirements: custom built from 0.375" or 0.4375" diameters, a multitude of sheath materials with sheath temperature capabilities up to 1600°F, and watt densities to fit many applications up to 600 volts.
